评论： From the 1930s-1981, he took to the city streets in my auto studio to limn and delinate in vibrant watercolors every aspect" of the city's cultural, religious, civic, historic, industrial-economic, and natural resources in over 1,500 New York City street scenes and landmarks. Later he produced 1,200 more watercolors on walks through Central Park and the West Side. His style was naive, with loose colorful brushwork.
