评论： As a youth Kidder produced an aquatint view of Boston Common which was published in the Polyanthus for June 1813. About 1823 he was working for Abel Bowen (see entry). Several views in Boston, as well as views of the White Mountains and the Massachusetts coast, date from the 1830's; Kidder was still working in Boston as late as 1840.
