Our memories would belong to us and yet they are filled with bequeathed memories, desired or not. David Lasry paints memoirs with a mixture of acrylic and concrete paints. He acsses them and rewrites his memories in order to free our memories with a permanent freedom.
In the United States as in Europe, his works enrich collections because they open a constructive dialogue with the soul of the viewers. His painting is certainly an encounter with oneself.
