评论: Moved with his family to Massachusetts in 1882. He took a four year trip through the Southwest, traveling by wagon and living and sketching among the Navajo and Hopi Indians. He joined his parents in California in 1903 and later bought a ranch where he worked with his father on many sculpture commissions.
