Circa 1920-25 (confirmed by the frame style). Disciple of James Ensor, she painted him with the "Entrey of Christ in Brussels" at the same period in 1925 in his Ostend home. This painting is now in the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. 

The signature can be compared with at least three other ones which were auctioned. Animated beach with bathers Oil canvas 43x66cm Brussels Art Auction 15/12/2015,  Vue de port Oil canvas 50x60cm Hôtel Des Ventes St-Georges 21/1/1998 & Le port Oil canvas 73x92cm Campo & Campo Anvers 25/4/2006. The letterings are similar. Only the « S » is a bit hilly. The type of colours & style of painting are similar as well.
