"Jef Lambeaux"  on the basement of the bronze piece, see added picture.  In artprice site, several other identical pieces are listed, with no extra information neither. 

Origine of the piece : 

Out of old collection (Anderlecht, mr.  J.J. Th.), for at least 50 years in this collection, and now added in my collection.
