Ours seems more optimistic even with dark silhouettes. The signature compared with one of his lithograph titled Slonim (Posen) 25x37cm leaves no doubt. From these objective points, the date of 1961 is obvious. Probably the artist has drawn a line on the « 1 » looking like a « 7 » as a finish, as if he felt it would be one of his last creations.
