Ángeles Benimeli in 1978 was already a recognized painter in the city of Alicante where she had lived since 1970. With this drawing she wanted to represent all the most characteristic elements of its major festivals, the Bonfires of San Juan such as its women (Belleas), the Castle of Santa Bárbara, its fireworks, its sun and its moon and of course, the bullfights. This was a personal drawing that the artist gave to her son and that he kept to our days and that he has decided to put up for sale for the enjoyment of anyone interested.
